UniFi door access installation and support for McKinney warehouses and offices, serving Collin County and north DFW.
A working access system starts with the opening: door condition, lock, closer, reader, wiring, power and safe exit. We assess these together rather than treating a controller as the whole installation.
Give employees, contractors and visitors access to the areas and times they need. We help define access groups, scheduled unlocks and a consistent process for issuing and revoking credentials.
Get assistance with commissioning, administrator training and difficult access control problems. Briva Access coordinates the hardware, network and software details so your team has a clear path for ongoing support.
A UniFi Access deployment requires a supported UniFi Console running the Access application. We review the supported model, capacity and software alongside your current network infrastructure.
The control hub connects to the door hardware and supports the reader workflow. Reader and hub selection depend on the opening and features required; the exact combination belongs in the installation scope.
UniFi hubs have different power requirements by model. We verify the necessary PoE or other power source, cable path, network connection and appropriate backup arrangements before installation.
Supported readers and configurations provide NFC and mobile credential options. Phone entry features depend on device, reader and software requirements; we explain enrollment and suitable alternatives for staff.
UniFi’s Retrofit Hub supports select third-party Wiegand readers. Reuse should be checked against the current compatibility list, credential technology, wiring and door hardware rather than promised for every existing system.

Our team is based in McKinney. For a warehouse with an attached office, we map the public entrance, employee doors and restricted internal areas before selecting UniFi equipment. If you already have a UniFi network, we still check console support, power capacity and the access hardware requirements separately.
We match the reader and door hub to the required entry process, confirm supported console and software requirements and review credential options. Mobile unlock, NFC cards and wallet features depend on the selected devices and configuration. Existing cards should be tested before reuse is promised.
We assess the door, frame, locking and exit hardware, network, cable route and power. UniFi equipment is one part of the installation; the physical opening and administrator workflow need to work together. We discuss shift schedules for warehouses and reception or after-hours access for offices.
